Nickolas James

Nickolas James has been working in the IT field for over 10 years. Nickolas began their career in 2011 as Manager of Technology at M&D Playhouse. In 2013, they moved on to Whitehorse Press & Whitehorse Gear as a Production Assistant. In 2015, they took on two roles, Cashier at Walmart and Customer Service Leader at Hannaford Supermarkets. In 2018, they joined J-Curve Technologies as a VoIP Technical Support Specialist - Level 1 and Level 2. In 2019, they became a System Administrator at Echelon Technologies, LLC. In 2020, they began working at Executech Phoenix as a Professional Services Engineer, Team Lead, and IT Consultant. Nickolas'smost recent role is IT Manager at Sunstone Circuits, which they began in 2022.

Nickolas James has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, which they attended from 2019 to 2022. Nickolas also holds an Associate of Science in Computer Technologies from Lakes Region Community College, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including an IT Glue Certified Administrator from IT Glue in June 2022, a Network Detective Certified Administrator from RapidFire Tools in June 2022, a Certified Duo Help Desk Administrator from Duo Security in March 2022, a Certified Level 1 Duo Administrator from Duo Security in March 2022, a Duo Device Trust from Duo Security in March 2022, and a Level One End-User Account Administrator from Duo Security in March 2022. Nickolas also has an Amateur Radio License from the Federal Communications Commission, which they obtained in December 2008.
