Peter Wells has extensive work experience in the field of security and fire systems. peter began their career in 2000 as an infantry corporal in the Royal Regiment of Wales, where they served until 2015. In 2015, they joined Sunstone IP Systems as a System Engineer. In 2017, they joined VSG Vision Security Group as a Regional Surveyor for the South East and London, and later took on the role of Project Manager in 2018. In 2018, they also joined CDS Security & Fire as a Security Project Manager, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Fire & Security Project Manager at ABCA Systems Ltd.

Peter Wells attended Bishop Gore Swansea for their education but did not obtain a degree there. peter has obtained various certifications in subjects such as telecommunications engineering, access networks, IPCCTV, intruder alarms, and communications cabling. Some of the institutions where they obtained these certifications include CTTS Group Ltd, Ubiquiti Networks, Texecom Ltd., IDIS Co. Ltd., and City & Guilds. peter also received certification in network safety within low-risk confined spaces from CTTS Group Ltd and Streetworks Excavation and Reinstatement: signing lighting and guarding from City & Guilds. Additionally, they have completed the IPAF Mobile Access Platform(s) Cat 3a+3b certification from the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF). Peter Wells has also completed various training courses, including the comelit VIP Training course from Comelit UK and the paxton net 2 essential and paxton net 2 advanced courses from Paxton Access Ltd.
