Philip Jham

Philip Jham currently serves as a Procurement Executive at Sunswap since October 2023. Prior to this, Philip worked as a Customer Experience Specialist at Coople Switzerland, where significant achievements included enhancing user experience for B2B and B2C customers, improving web accessibility for transgender individuals, and reducing customer support response times. Previously, as an Operations Assistant at Maharaja Restaurant, Philip successfully launched a new product line, conducted market research, and played a key role in recruiting staff. Philip holds a BSc in Business Management from Bayes Business School, completed in May 2023.
