Matthew Reidy

Matthew Reidy is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in data strategy, planning, and analysis across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief Data & Planning Officer at Sunward since August 2022, Matthew collaborates with the Board and Executive Leadership Team to align business initiatives with organizational goals. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence & Planning at Teachers Federal Credit Union, where Matthew directed annual strategic planning and market expansion assessments, and Vice President of Financial Analysis & Analytics at Patelco Credit Union, focusing on budget management and compliance. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in financial planning and analysis at Sunwest Bank and First State Bank. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Northern Arizona University.
