Thomas Ringler

Thomas Ringler is the current advisor at Sunwealth Power and was previously the CEO & CFO at PanelClaw, Inc. Thomas has also co-founded 7AC Technologies and held positions such as Business Unit General Manager and Product Group Chief Financial Officer at Bosch Group.

Ringler started their career at Bosch Group in 2006 as the Business Unit General Manager of the Automotive Group. Thomas successfully turned around the company during the automotive crisis in 2007-2008. Thomas then became the Product Group Chief Financial Officer in 2002 and held that position until 2005 when they transitioned to become the CEO & CFO of PanelClaw, Inc.

At PanelClaw, Ringler funded and built the company into a market-leading module racking supplier for commercial solar power plants. In 2010, they also co-founded 7AC Technologies, which developed a game-changing product that reduces the cost of cooling and heating buildings by 75%. Thomas advised Sunwealth Power in 2020.

Thomas Ringler has a Dipl. Kaufmann with a technical major from Universität Stuttgart, a Master’s degree in Finance and Information Technology from Universität Stuttgart, and a Diploma in Company Direction from The Institute of Directors. Thomas also has certification from the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association in Fundamentals of Coaching, and certification from the U.S. Soccer Federation in USSF "C", "D", "E", and "F" Licenses.
