Susan Oland

Susan Oland is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships & Product at Sunwing Travel Group since December 2006, Oland oversees the strategic planning and execution of partnerships in the Caribbean, manages a team of nine employees, and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with over 50 hotel chains across 15 countries. Key achievements include significantly increasing annual revenues, securing vital funding through effective negotiations, and co-launching a successful wedding magazine. Previously, Oland held roles as Senior Country Director at MyTravel-Thomas Cook, where a 25% year-over-year profit growth was achieved, and as Commercial Director at Royal Airlines. Oland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science from the University of Prince Edward Island and a Travel & Tourism Diploma from the College School of Business.
