Fida Mohammad

Fida Mohammad, Ph.D., is a retired Professor Emeritus from SUNY Oneonta, where tenure spanned from August 2000 to present, focusing on Sociology, Human Services, and Crime Studies. Prior to this, Fida served as an Assistant Professor at Eastern New Mexico University from August 1995 to July 2000, teaching Criminal Justice courses. Fida holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Oregon (1988-1994), a Master of Science in Public Administration and Sociology from Eastern Washington University (1986-1988), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, English, and Pashto Literature from Islamia College, University of Peshawar, Pakistan (1974-1978).
