Jon Meyers

Jon Meyers has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jon started working as an Apple Education Onsite Hardware Manager at MyMac Australia in 2013. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an IT Support Technician at Coburg High School, where they played a key role in migrating and scaling the school's back-end systems. In 2016, they also started working as a Tutor and Programming Helpdesk Support at Swinburne University of Technology, where they provided support to students and conducted tutorials on programming subjects. In 2017, Jon joined the Deakin Software and Technology Innovation Lab as a Software Engineer, where they developed healthcare products and created a dashboard system. Jon then worked at Coder Academy as a Lead Teacher, where they developed curriculum and delivered lectures for full-stack web development bootcamps. In 2019, they joined REA Group as a Senior UI Developer, working primarily with React, Gatsby, Node, and Rails. Jon then worked as a Software Engineer at Up Banking from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, Jon joined Prisma as a Prisma Advocate and currently works as a Developer Advocate at Supabase, showcasing and promoting their products.

Jon Meyers completed a Diploma of Information Technology at Swinburne University of Technology from 2014 to 2015. Jon then pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science at the same institution, graduating in 2017. Following that, Jon attended Deakin University in 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) with a specialization in Information Technology.
