Carrie Terwilliger

Carrie Terwilliger is an Operations and Continuous Improvement Leader with extensive experience in apparel decoration, heat transfer manufacturing, and screen printing. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Supacolor, they previously held multiple roles at FM Expressions, including Continuous Improvement and IT Business Systems Management, as well as Enterprise Key Account Management. Carrie has also contributed to Universal Buzz as Operations Manager and was the VP of Project Management and Continuous Improvement at F&M Expressions. They earned a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
