Rey Arce

Rey Arce has extensive experience in kitchen operations and management, currently serving in dual roles at Cafe Sabor and as a Multistore Operations Manager at Super Chix since March 2023. Prior to this, Rey held various positions including Operating Partner at Cafe Zupas, Department Manager at WinCo Foods, and Market Coach of Operations at Cafe Rio Mexican Grill. With a background in project management as a Job Foreman at Blackstone Construction and Bj Plastering, Rey began the culinary career as a Kitchen Manager at Mis Amores Mexican Restaurant. Rey completed high school between 1998 and 2001.
