Bita Jokar is a user experience researcher with extensive experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies. Currently employed at Super.com since January 2023, Bita has completed numerous research methodologies, including usability studies and surveys. Previous roles include serving as a PolarUs researcher at CREST.BD, contributing to an app supporting individuals with Bipolar Disorder, and as the lead user experience researcher at Tapestry Tool, where Bita conducted studies with over a thousand participants to enhance an online learning tool. Bita's earlier experience includes positions in customer service and sales at La Maison Simons and Bentley Leathers, as well as in hospitality at Grouse Mountain. Bita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with High Distinction from The University of British Columbia.
