Noelle Nicholas, CHRP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as Manager, People & Culture at Super.com since April 2021, Noelle provides expert consulting to department leaders on employee relations and oversees the Performance Management cycle. Previous roles include Operations Analyst - People & Talent, where Noelle enhanced compensation strategies and prepared materials for quarterly Compensation Committee sessions, and HR Coordinator positions at Points and International Financial Data Services, focusing on HR analytics and performance management.
