Adriana Macias

Adriana Macias has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Caregiver for Another Day. In 2016, they became a Caregiver/CNA for Ashley Home Care Services. In 2017, Adriana took a role as a Server for JOHNNY'S TAVERN P&L LLC. In 2019, they were a Staff Writer for UMKC'S University News, where they contributed to the weekly pitch list meetings with new article ideas, picked up stories from the weekly pitch list to report on, and connected with students from UMKC to write about their experiences in the community. In 2020, Adriana held multiple roles: Compliance Team Lead for Super Dispatch, Sales Development Representative for Super Dispatch, Intern for Super Dispatch, and Bartender/Server for Maloneys Sports Bar and Grill. Additionally, they were a Summer Intern for UMKC UNEWS, where they were an Advertisement Intern and wrote articles for the newspaper's back-to-school edition.

Adriana Macias attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
