Brittany S. has been working in the field of data analysis since 2023 at Super Dispatch. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon from 2016 to 2023 in various roles. Her roles included ABCS Senior Learning Administrator, ABCS Escalation Specialist and Data Analyst, and Customer Service. As ABCS Senior Learning Administrator, they engaged with global and cross-vertical stakeholders to direct and coordinate training launches, resulting in a 107.14% increase in trainings YOY. As ABCS Escalation Specialist and Data Analyst, they obtained a strong skillset in data analysis to support process improvements and reporting initiatives and used Redshift SQL, QuickSight, Tableau, and Datanet to query data and create dashboards.
