Andrius Bartminas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andrius is the Co-Founder and CEO of Super How?, a leading private research and development lab focusing on blockchain and other advanced technologies. Andrius is also a Co-Founder of Axiology, a tokenized securities depository based on distributed ledger technology. Andrius has served as the Chief Technology Officer at HyFi Corp and Sahara Protocol. Andrius has also held roles as a Board Member at Crypto Economy Organisation and as an Executive Advisor/Business Process Analyst at FIX Network. Andrius has worked as a Venture Explorer/Business Process Analyst at NEW CAPITAL for a better future and as a Business Development Manager at UniQue™ Software. Andrius has experience in international business development and market intelligence in industries such as Defense & Security, Engineering, and Cleantech. Andrius has also served as the Managing Director at UAB Kantorius, where they were responsible for the company's production process, day-to-day activities, and sales of IT solutions.

Andrius Bartminas completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Mykolas Romeris University in a span of four years, from 2003 to 2007. In 2005, during their undergraduate studies, they also pursued a short-term course in Business/Managerial Economics at Masaryk University Brno. After completing their Bachelor's degree, Andrius went on to pursue a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Later, in 2014, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Public Administration from Mykolas Romeris University.
