Super Humans is a talent partner for high-growth companies building and scaling teams.

We specialize in high-impact hiring for startups and growing organizations — from Seed stage to IPO.

High-growth environments require more than resume matching. They require understanding business context, team dynamics, and what success looks like in a role.

That’s why every search at Super Humans begins with our Ideal Candidate Blueprint™, a structured framework that defines the right candidate before sourcing begins.

We hire across:

• Leadership and functional heads
• Product and technology teams
• Sales and growth functions
• Business and operations roles

With 20+ years of recruitment experience and 500+ companies supported, Super Humans helps companies build teams that build businesses.

We don’t just send resumes. We define the right candidate first.
