Ana Sofia Galan

Ana Sofia Galan is the Chief of Staff at super.mx. Ana has over three years of experience in project and change management, team leadership, and organizational development.

Prior to joining super.mx, Ana Sofia worked at PwC Mexico for over three years in their Innovation and Transformation Office. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team that developed innovation projects for the Operations Office. This involved coordinating and communicating the project to stakeholders, as well as ensuring user acceptance.

Ana Sofia has also supported FCC/RC compliance by mapping and documenting processes, as well as providing status reports and metrics on corrective action plans to Internal and External Audit. In addition, they have experience in organizational development from their work in designing the structure for a financial office. This involved conducting interviews with managers and senior staff to understand business activities and capacity, and analyzing the results to make recommendations on merging positions and redesigning the financial office.

They work with Tania Rojo - Head Legal Counsel, Flor de Anda - Head of Customer Experience, and Francisco Eguiza - Head Of Marketing. Ana Sofia Galan reports to Sebastian Villarreal, CEO & Founder.
