Rian Subangun is an experienced Executive Chef with a robust background in multi-outlet management and culinary arts. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Kone Developments. Ltd and managing five outlets for Super Value Stores Ltd., Rian oversees operations, develops menus, and leads both expatriate and local teams. Previously, Rian held several pastry-focused positions, including Executive Pastry Chef at Hilton and Pastry Chef roles at prestigious establishments such as BURJ AL ARAB Hotel and The Monarch Dubai. Rian earned a Diploma of Education in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Aryanti University.
