Ajinkya Joshi

Ajinkya Joshi currently serves as the Head of Finance and Operations at Superblocks, a company enabling developers to create custom internal apps rapidly. Joshi has a diverse background in finance and operations, with previous roles including Strategic Finance Lead at Rippling, Vice President and Head of Finance and Operations at Reachdesk, and Director of Strategic Finance & BizOps at Cedar, a significant fintech and SaaS company. Prior experience includes investment banking at Morgan Stanley, focusing on M&A and capital raising in the healthcare technology sector, and co-founding the health tech startup Medify. Joshi is also a mentor at First Round Fast Track and holds degrees from New York University in Economics and Business, as well as earlier educational credentials from The International School Bangalore and North Sydney Boys High School.
