Daniel Medeiros has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Daniel started their career as a Community Manager at Formula Grey in 2006. After that, they joined Hoplon Infotainment where they held multiple roles including Community Manager, Marketing Assistant, and Technical Support. At Hoplon Infotainment, their biggest achievement was improving the F.A.Q and having friendly communication with customers. Daniel also monitored the game server, conducted QA/Game testing, and moderated players who violated the EULA/Terms. In 2016, Daniel moved to Kukouri Mobile Entertainment as a Community Manager. Daniel then joined Next Games in 2017 as a Community Manager, responsible for maintaining excellent player experience and localizing the FAQ database to 12 languages. Most recently, they have been working at Supercell since 2019 as a Community Manager.
Daniel Medeiros attended the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina from 2005 to 2008, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising. In 2006 and 2007, they also studied at Malvern House in London, focusing on English Language and Literature. Additionally, in 2008 and 2009, Daniel pursued studies in Portuguese Language and Literature at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
