Frida Johansson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Frida began their career as a Student Consultant at Oy SHH Academic Business Consulting Ab in 2007 and continued in this role until 2008. Frida then joined Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. as a Finance Trainee from 2006 to 2008. Frida excelled in the HR & Recruitment department at Roschier from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they gained experience in advising on demanding international business law assignments and large-scale transactions. In 2013, Frida joined Supercell as a Recruitment Lead in Helsinki, where they contributed to creating games that millions of people will play for years or decades to come. Frida recently transitioned to the role of Global Co-People Lead and Recruitment Lead at Supercell, before being promoted to Chief People Officer in November 2021. Frida's expertise in recruitment and their passion for gaming have made their a valuable asset to the companies they have worked for.
Frida Johansson attended Borgå Gymnasium from 2001 to 2004 and obtained a Matriculation Examination. After that, they pursued higher education at the Hanken School of Economics from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Master's of Science in Economics (M. Sc. (Econ.)) with a focus on Management and Organization, as well as Commercial Law. Additionally, Frida obtained two additional certifications, including a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in December 2016 and a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter designation from LinkedIn in December 2013.
