Kim Jensen has extensive experience in customer service and esports management. Currently, Kim serves as the Competitive Play lead at Supercell, focusing on esports and competition since March 2015. In addition, Kim holds the position of Player Support Tools Lead, overseeing the development of internal and external support tools, including a Customer Admin Tool and a CRM system. Prior experience includes a decade at Blizzard Entertainment, where Kim managed a multi-lingual customer service team, focusing on personal development and KPIs, while also refining processes across international sites. Earlier roles involved technical support at TDC and Orange, as well as supervisory and sales responsibilities at Faraos Cigarer Aps. Kim's educational background includes studies in linguistics and music from Sankt Annæ Gymnasium, as well as training in firefighting and communication from Beredskabskorpset.
