Lauri Ikonen

Lauri Ikonen is an experienced Player Experience Manager currently at Supercell since August 2022. Previously, Lauri served as Player Experience Lead at Redhill Games, overseeing support and community teams for the game Nine to Five, after holding roles such as Support Lead and Player Support Manager. With a robust background in player support and community management, Lauri also worked at Next Games from 2017 to 2020, where responsibilities included merging teams and enhancing communication. Early career experience includes a role as Customer Support Specialist at Rovio Entertainment. Lauri holds dual master's degrees in Management & International Business from Aalto University and Global Management from The University of Queensland, along with a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University.
