Lesley Mansford

Chief People Officer at Supercell

Lesley Mansford has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 1996, they co-founded Pogo.com and served as a co-founder until 2001. From 2001 to 2006, Mansford worked at Electronic Arts, holding various leadership positions including VP of Marketing, VP of Mobile, and VP of Digital Distribution. Lesley then moved on to work as a Principal at Mansford Consulting from January 2008 to February 2009. In 2009, they became the CEO of Offspring Games until October of the same year. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the CEO of Razoo. Mansford was also involved in Women's Initiative as a Board member from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they became an Angel for Pipeline Angels. In 2015, Mansford joined Supercell as the Chief People Officer and is currently holding that position. In 2021, they also became a Member of Chief.

Lesley Mansford obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Bristol, where they studied from 1981 to 1984. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed a Certificate in Transition Management from Modern Elder Academy in April 2021. Lesley has also obtained an Introduction to ESG certification from the Corporate Finance Institute in July 2023. Furthermore, Lesley Mansford has pursued professional development in coaching, including completing the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) training from the International Coaching Federation and the Co-Active Coach training from the Co-Active Training Institute. Additionally, they have completed certifications in EQ-i Emotional Intelligence Assessment, Group coaching essentials, and the Team Diagnostic Assessment, from the institutions OKA (Otto Kroeger Associates) and Potentials Realized respectively.
