Rolands Tiss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rolands is currently working as a Junior Game Tester at Supercell, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they were a Master Student of Game Design and Development at Aalto University since September 2020.
From August 2019 to September 2020, Rolands worked at Wargaming as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer. Before that, they held the position of Test Engineer at Wargaming from March 2018 to August 2019.
From January 2017 to August 2019, Rolands was self-employed as a 3D Generalist. Rolands also worked at Beetroot Lab as a 3D Artist from March 2016 to March 2017.

Rolands Tiss has a diverse education history. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2017, Rolands earned a Bachelor's Degree in Game and Interactive Media Design from Tampere University of Applied Sciences. In 2010, they started an incomplete Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) and studied there until 2013. Before entering higher education, from 2006 to 2010, Rolands attended OPV, where they completed a Secondary special education focused on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Rolands also holds several certifications in programming languages and software development, which they obtained in 2019 through various LinkedIn courses.
