Oliver Klötzer

Customer Success Manager at Superchat

Oliver Klötzer began their career in 2020 as a Key Account Management Intern at Universal Music Group. In 2021, they joined music4everybody! e.V. as a Werkstudent Social Media Manager. In 2022, they began working at Superchat as an Intern Customer Success and currently holds the role of Customer Success Manager.

Oliver Klötzer obtained their Abitur from Parler Gymnasium in 2014. Oliver then went on to obtain a Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge in 2013. In 2015, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in Kommunikation und Mediastudien from the Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg. During this time, they also completed an Auslandssemester in Comunicación y Relaciones Corporativas from Universidad de Medellín in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they completed a Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr in Wiwilí, Nicaragua in 2014-2015. In 2021, they obtained a Praktikumszeugnis from Universal Music Group.
