Itzik Ben Yehuda is an experienced support and quality assurance professional with a strong background in customer support engineering and management. Currently serving as a Support Engineer at Imperva since September 2019, Itzik is responsible for hands-on support across various operating systems, databases, and environments, as well as leading ticket management from initiation to closure. Previously, Itzik held the role of Support Manager at SuperCom and worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Waterfall Security Solutions Ltd, where responsibilities included support engineers management, customer support, and project assimilation. Itzik's career began as a QA Tester at Mobix and progressed through various QA Engineer positions at leading companies such as Comverse and TTI Telecom, focusing on testing, system integration, and quality assurance across multiple platforms. Itzik holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Bar-Ilan University and additional training from John Bryce.
