Max Goodman

Max Goodman currently serves as General Counsel at Superdigital, providing legal oversight for an independent creative agency focused on digital content and influencer marketing. Prior to this role, Max held positions as Associate General Counsel at One Zero Capital and Better, where responsibilities included managing venture capital investments and overseeing corporate legal functions for a successful IPO, respectively. Additional experience includes work as a Tech Transactions Associate at Fried Frank and an Intellectual Property Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, handling various M&A transactions and drafting agreements across technology sectors. Max earned a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School, as well as an MA in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
