Deborah Ware

Deborah Ware is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and consumer debt advisory roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at PayPlan since November 2022 and as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Staffordshire North & Stoke Citizens Advice Bureau, Deborah actively contributes to the charity's mission of providing essential advice and support to the local community. Deborah also works as a Consumer Debt Specialist at SuperFi Finance, focusing on innovative financial support tools. Previous roles include Consultant at Zilch and Chief Operating Officer at Financial Wellness Group. With a strong background in law, Deborah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Law from the University of Staffordshire.
