Tom Barltrop is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the technology, healthcare, and eCommerce sectors. As the Co-Founder and CEO of SuperFi, Tom focuses on supporting organizations in managing employee and customer financial health during the Cost of Living crisis through innovative tools leveraging Open Banking. Previous roles include leading the UK and Ireland operations at Zava, driving product strategy at eBuyNow, and holding senior positions at Hubble Connected and Groupon. Tom’s entrepreneurial journey began early, co-founding the Festibelly music festival and launching Surf Internships, showcasing a strong commitment to innovation and strategic growth across various industries. Further education includes a BA in Spanish from the University of Bristol and specialized training in growth marketing.
