Willard Smith

Willard (Bill) Smith is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial leadership across various SaaS companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at BirchStreet Systems since April 2022, Bill has played significant roles at Superfly Insights as an advisor, and as Division CFO at Confluence for a brief period in early 2022. Previously, Bill was CFO at Investment Metrics from June 2018 until its acquisition by Confluence Technologies at $500 million in December 2021. Other notable positions include COO and CFO at Booker Software, CFO at Antenna Software, and CFO roles at KAYAK and Novell, where Bill also held various VP positions overseeing finance, corporate development, and investor relations. Bill holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College.
