O'Reilly is a veteran retail strategist and entrepreneur who presently serves as founder and CEO of Ephex, chief executive officer of Superfridge, and chief executive officer of Loading Dock 2, while also leading O'Reilly Consulting LLC as Strategic Consultant. Previously, O'Reilly led Aptaris as President and CEO from 2006 to 2018, culminating in Aptaris's acquisition by dunnhumby in May 2018. Earlier experience includes SVP Sales at Vertis (1992-2005) and Senior Sales Exec/Sales Manager at Valassis (1982-1991), with work spanning advertising, promotions, new media and marketing technology activation. Additionally, O'Reilly served as an advisor to G Retail Technology (2021-2024) and is a member of the Board of Directors of Self Point.
