Roby John

Co-Founder & CEO at SuperGaming

Roby John has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Roby co-founded SuperGaming in 2019 and served as the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the development of casual and social games. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of June Gaming from 2015 to 2019, where they also served as a member of the Board of Directors. Roby has also worked as an advisor for Tegro, a company focused on Web3 games, and for TapToLearn, an education-gaming platform. Roby has held leadership positions in June Infrastructure/Software and Indigo Architects, where they led product and engineering teams. Additionally, Roby has worked as a developer and product manager for BMC Software and as an engineer for AmberPoint. Roby started their career as an associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Roby John began their education at St. Vincent's High School in 1983, where they completed their I-12 grade. Roby then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production Engineering from COEP Technological University between 1995 and 1999. In 2011, Roby attended Y Combinator and obtained a degree in TapToLearn as part of the yCombinator Class of W2012. Recently, in the years 2017-2018, they attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies.
