BJ Raynor is a Go-To-Market technology executive with 18 years of sales leadership experience, having excelled in roles at companies such as GitLab, AWS, and Sumo Logic. They began their career as a direct seller before transitioning into leadership roles focused on partner sales and alliances. BJ has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth, notably increasing partner revenue at Harness from 0% to 54% of new TCV sales during their tenure. Currently, BJ is the Head of Business Development at Archera while also serving as a GTM Advisor for NextLink Labs and Superglue, and is a member of Partnership Leaders. They are pursuing an MBA in Strategy and Marketing at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
