Nick Biven

Nick Biven has worked in the financial services industry since 2001. Nick began their career at CommSec as a Bookings Clerk before moving to Rivkin Stockbroking as a SEATS operator. In 2006, they joined Tolhurst Ltd as an Options and Equity Trader. In 2009, they took on the role of Derivatives Manager at Patersons Securities. In 2016, they became Manager of International Operations and Derivatives at Shaw and Partners Limited, a preeminent investment and wealth management firm with $16 billion of assets under advice. Nick is currently the Head of Market Operations at Superhero.

Nick Biven has a long history of education. Nick began by attending Barker College from 1992 to 2000. In 2001, they obtained a Diploma of Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia with a focus in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. From 2010 to 2011, they earned an Accredited Derivatives Adviser 1 and 2 from Kaplan Australia. Nick then obtained a Responsible Executive from the Stockbrokers and Investment Advisors Association in 2014. That same year, they also completed a Diploma of Financial Planning from Monarch Institute and RG146.
