Saumya Sachdev

Saumya Sachdev has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Saumya started their career as a Quality Analyst at Infosys in 2012, where they worked on production support and multi-channel initiatives. Saumya then transitioned to a Business Analyst role, where they analyzed and interpreted business needs, defined customer journeys, and managed data flows between systems.

In 2018, Saumya joined Booktopia as a Business Analyst, responsible for translating business requirements into technical and business documentation.
