Tim Johnson is a passionate and energetic leader with extensive experience in customer strategy and wealth management. They served as Head of Super at ING from 2016 to 2021, where they held end-to-end accountability for the Superannuation business. Prior to that, Tim played key roles in customer management and analytics at organizations like National Australia Bank and Virgin Money. Currently, Tim is the Chief Customer Officer at Superhero, where they drive brand and marketing initiatives along with customer operations and strategic planning. They earned their degree from the University of Sydney between 2000 and 2004.
