Conrad Irwin

Board Member and Advisor at Superhuman

Conrad Irwin is currently the co-founder and CTO at Superhuman. Prior to that, they were the VP of Engineering at Bugsnag from August 2013 to June 2015. At Bugsnag, Conrad led the engineering team that built automatic crash detection for web and mobile apps. In July 2015, Bugsnag raised $7.2 million in Series A funding from Benchmark.

Before joining Bugsnag, Conrad was a senior software engineer at LinkedIn from March 2012 to August 2013. There, they worked on LinkedIn Intro, an iOS app that brought the power of LinkedIn directly to users' fingertips. In October 2013, LinkedIn Intro was named one of the best new apps by Engadget.

Conrad began their career as a builder and maintainer at Pry, where they worked from January 2011 to December 2015. Pry is a REPL and code exploration tool for Ruby that is used by 25% of Ruby developers. In 2010, Conrad was part of the founding team at Rapportive, which was acquired by LinkedIn in 2012.

Conrad Irwin completed a BA in Computer Science at the University of Cambridge, followed by studies at Fettes College.

They work with Dan McLennan - Head of Customers & Revenue, Kristen Hayward - Head of People, and Gaurav Vohra - Head of Analytics & Strategy. Mike Klaas - Chief Engineer, Teresa Man - Senior Manager, Design, and Sachin Edge - Desktop Manager report to Conrad Irwin. Conrad Irwin reports to Rahul Vohra, Founder & CEO.
