Ed Sim is the Founder and General Partner of boldstart ventures, a position held since April 2010, which focuses on partnering with innovative founders to transform the enterprise technology landscape. In addition to leading boldstart ventures, Ed serves on the boards of several companies, including Snyk, BigID, Protect AI, Kustomer, Blockdaemon, env0, and SecurityScorecard. Ed has been instrumental in supporting companies that enhance developer security, data intelligence, blockchain technology, and customer support solutions. Ed holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
