Sinead Torres has a diverse work experience that spans from 2012 to 2021. In 2012, they worked as a Medical Assistant for Douglas Hamilton, M.D. where they were responsible for preparing medical supplies, scheduling patient appointments, and discussing post-operative care with patients. From 2014 to 2015, they worked in the UCLA Psychology of Social Justice Laboratory as a Research Assistant for Dr. Phillip Goff, an ASK Peer Counselor, and a Research Assistant for Dr. Joan Asarnow. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a HealthCorps Coordinator & NIH Research Coordinator at HealthCorps, where they partnered with instructional staff to facilitate and teach the HealthCorps curriculum of nutrition, physical fitness, and mental resilience to high school students. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Achievement First as a Resident Advisor, 3rd Grade Lead Teacher, 4th Grade Lead Teacher, and Founding 3rd Grade Teacher-in-Residence. Currently, they are employed at Superhuman as a Customer Engagement Specialist and Onboarding Specialist.

Sinead Torres holds a Masters in Teaching from the Relay Graduate School of Education in the field of Elementary Education and Teaching, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of California, Los Angeles in Psychology, and attended Moorpark College in Cognitive Science. Sinead has also obtained certifications from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) through HealthCorps in 2015, CPR and AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in 2015, and a New York State Teaching Certificate from The State of New York.
