Tim Sakhuja

Tim Sakhuja has worked in the tech industry since 2011. Tim began their career as an Intern in Process Development at BioMarin in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Co-op in Software Development at Genentech, where they developed and implemented new algorithms in C related to segmentation and feature extraction in micro-CT images. In 2014, they joined Kamcord as an iOS Engineer, leading the development of the Kamcord App and designing and implementing real-time messaging functionality on the app. Tim then moved to Wander Co as Co Creator & Developer in 2015. In the same year, they joined Airbnb as a Senior Software Engineer, where they rebuilt the booking experience for Airbnb's Live There campaign from the ground up in Swift. In 2021, they joined Superhuman as a Senior iOS Engineer.

Tim Sakhuja completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012, majoring in Bioengineering. Tim then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the same university. In 2013, they began a Master of Science in Computer Science at Stanford University, but left before completing the degree.
