Rick Pierro

Rick Pierro has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rick began their career in 1993 as the President of Life Science Industries at E Tech Group and also held the role of President at Superior Controls, an E Tech Group company. Under their leadership, Superior Controls was recognized as the "Systems Integrator of the Year" and "Business of the Year" in various publications. Rick currently serves on the Board of Directors at Definitive Biotechnologies, LLC, Mirtle Medical, MindChild Medical, Inc., and E-TrolZ, Inc. Rick was also a member of the Editorial Advisory Board at Control Engineering Magazine. Additionally, Rick Pierro has been involved in various industry associations and organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for the Control Systems Integrator's Association and as President of the ISPE Boston Area Chapter.

Rick Pierro obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry/Biology from Boston University, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1981 to 1984.
