Kevin Spiddle

Mr. Spiddle brings 25 years of telecommunications, software development and business management experience to SEI. He has specialized in server-based PBX's and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) since the inception of those technologies and has developed tailored solutions for several vertical markets including the travel industry, banking and finance, insurance, health care and various types of call centers. Mr. Spiddle also designed a software product for telephone call accounting that is currently sold through PBX manufacturers as well as the most advanced race management software for the motorsports industry.

His experience includes system design, programming and installation of PBX and Electronic Key telephone systems, voice mail and auto-attendants, Voice over IP, CTI (screen 'pops' and database integration), inside and outside plant cabling, fiber optic cabling and network services. Mr. Spiddle received his AOS degree from Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, NY and holds several technical certifications.
