The scope of this project was to;
-Identify and secure laydown yard
-Establish layout and process flows for a laydown yard
-Physically receive and unstuff sea containers
-Perform inbound QA/QC and Visual inspections on product
-Put product away in corresponding inventory location
-Track on hand inventory via inventory management system
-Pick tower orders per customers request
-Organize and coordinate outbound flatbed logistics
-Delivery to customer site 

Specific details of the project:
-Located, secured, and prepped a 15 acre laydown yard site
-Established yard layout
-Negotiated and obtained contract for outbound logistics
-Unloaded 430+ Ocean containers
          -Over 17,000,000 lbs of steel
          -Over 30,000 bundles of steel
          -Equating to 559 full lattice towers
