Lance Johnson has over 25 years of experience in quality control and assurance within the paving industry. Prior to becoming the Director of QA/QC Labs for the Northern Region at Superior Paving Corp. from April 2024 to March 2016, Lance served as a Senior QC Technician and Quality Assurance Manager at the same company from March 2016 to April 2024. Earlier career roles include QC Manager positions at Virginia Paving Co. from June 2008 to January 2011 and APAC-Tennessee, Inc. from May 1998 to June 2008. Lance Johnson holds an Associate of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Northwest Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Crichton College.
