Dirk's career includes leadership positions such as President & CEO at Super Steel, LLC, Vice President of Operations at Mayville Engineering Company, and Plant Manager at D&L Manufacturing, LLC. Dirk co-owned Custom Metal Products, LLC, and Phoenix Coaters, LLC, from 1999 to 2004. Dirk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Operations from Cardinal Stritch University.
