Will Hooper

Will Hooper serves as the President and General Manager of Superior Traffic Control, LLC, since August 2025, focusing on quality and safety in traffic management solutions. Will is also a Board Member and Membership Committee Chair at the Marines’ Memorial, contributing to programs that honor military service. Previously, Will held the position of Senior Director at both BradyPLUS and Envoy Solutions, specializing in distribution and solution provision across various sectors. With extensive military experience, Will served as Colonel in the United States Marine Corps from 1992 to 2022, including leadership roles such as Deputy Commander of Expeditionary Strike Group THREE and Asst Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans at Third Marine Aircraft Wing. Will Hooper earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Richmond.
