Superiority HR is an AI-powered behavioral intelligence platform for hiring and corporate training.

We help companies move beyond CVs, self-assessments and traditional interviews by using AI avatars and realistic workplace roleplays to observe how candidates and employees behave in real professional situations.

Our 3D avatar, SIA — Superiority Interview Agent, conducts automated interviews and roleplay-based simulations adapted to each role, sector and company. Through these interactions, Superiority HR captures behavioral evidence related to communication, decision-making, leadership, empathy, collaboration and performance under pressure.

The platform transforms each interview into structured insights for HR teams, including DISC and OCEAN-based behavioral reports, interview summaries, strengths, areas to explore and candidate comparison dashboards.

Superiority HR is designed for companies, HR platforms, ATS providers, RPOs, staffing agencies and Learning & Development teams that need to evaluate talent at scale with more objective, observable and actionable data.

Our mission is to become the behavioral intelligence layer for talent decisions, helping organizations make better hiring and development decisions while keeping the final decision in human hands.
