Bill Y. is currently the President and CEO of the Portland Natural Gas Transmission System, a position they have held since 2024. With extensive experience in gas transmission, Bill has previously served as EVP and President of Gas Transmission and Midstream at Enbridge from 2017 to 2022, and as General Manager of Marketing at Duke Energy Corporation in 2000-2001. Bill also holds multiple board member positions, including roles at New Jersey Resources, Superior Plus Corp, GTI Energy, and Enbridge Gas Inc. They earned a BA in Economics from Colby College and an MBA from Northeastern University, and are currently enrolled in an advanced management program at Harvard Business School.
