Kimberly Mattoon has extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance, currently serving in dual roles as Quality Assurance Quality Control and Customer Loyalty Liaison at Superior Plus Corp since October 2021. Educational qualifications include a degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an Associate of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from Berkshire Community College, along with a General College Prep diploma from Miss Halls School.
